MODES OF PAYMENT

Over-the-Counter Payment

1. Retrieve a copy of your Statement of Account (SOA) from your child’s official HCJM student email account. This document is sent directly by the Accounting Office.

2. Proceed to the Accounting Office, located at the HCJM Administration Building, Villa Luisa Homes. Office hours are from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Mondays to Fridays, excluding holidays.

3. Make the required payment through the school cashier. Ensure that you secure an official receipt as proof of payment.

Online Bank Transfer

1. Access the Statement of Account (SOA) sent by the Accounting Office to your child’s official HCJM student email account.

2. Using your preferred bank transfer application or online payment service, transfer the appropriate amount as indicated in the SOA.

3. Take a clear screenshot of your proof of payment and send it via email to accounting@hcjmsdi.edu.ph. Ensure the email includes your child’s full name and grade level for proper verification.

4. Monitor your email for a confirmation message from the Accounting Office acknowledging receipt of your payment.

5. Once payment has been confirmed, you may visit the Accounting Office at the HCJM Administration Building, Villa Luisa Homes, to claim a physical copy of your official receipt. Office hours are from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Mondays to Fridays, excluding holidays.
